Information we collect Cookies (Webview browser cookies) - When you visit Forum service, we may send one or more cookies, files with small amount of data that is commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier, to your mobile device. Analytics - We use third party analytics tool, Google Analytics, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the service. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit our services, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other pages they use prior to coming to our services. We use the information from Google Analytics only to improve our services.

Log file - We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information through third party products on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

How we use your information In above situation, we guarantee that your PII will only be used for contacting you and improving our services. We will never use such information for any other purposes, such as to further market our products, or to disclose your personal information to a third party for commercial gains.

Data Retention Stored for the lifetime of your use of the app, until account deletion in accordance with your request, upon which it will be deleted within 15 days. Where you do not request account deletion, such data will be retained for 1 year after the app is shut down, before it is deleted.
